Shipping

Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment, unless noted otherwise.

Local pick-up

Customers within the Boston metro area may use the code "localsonly" at checkout to opt for local pick-up and waive shipping fees. 

Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks from the order date unless alternate arrangements have been agreed upon. Please check your email for pick-up instructions after purchasing.

At this time, we do not offer deliveries.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final.

Damaged & lost items

Utmost care is taken when packing items, however, accidents can still happen in transit. Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged or defective. While refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, we'll do our best to work with you on a  resolution.

Vintage Flicker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if items are lost or stolen. We will help you by providing details for the claim as needed as quickly as possible.
